- “Service Provider”: Hotels, transportation providers, and other third parties delivering the travel product.
- “Travel Product”: Hotel accommodations and related services offered through our platform or direct communication.
- “Website”: www.odintraveldesk.com and associated domains or subdomains.
2. Our Services
We serve as an intermediary between you and travel-related service providers. Our services include:
- Displaying availability and pricing of travel products
- Facilitating booking, payment, and communication between you and service providers
- Sending travel confirmations and documents to your registered email
3. Payment Terms
- All bookings must be paid in full or according to payment terms disclosed during the transaction.
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers via secure payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
- Prices may include handling/service/foreign exchange fees. Any fees charged by your card provider are your responsibility.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to service provider policies.
4. Booking Changes & Cancellations
- Cancellation and change requests must be submitted in writing.
- Policies vary by provider. Many discounted rates are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- We may charge an additional processing fee for handling amendments or cancellations.
5. User Responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and traveler information
- Ensure all travelers have proper identification, visas, and entry documents
- Comply with all provider-specific rules and terms
6. Refunds and Disputes
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation from the provider.
- Disputes related to bookings should be directed to Odin Travel Desk first for resolution.
7. Limitation of Liability
Odin Travel Desk is not responsible for:
- Acts, omissions, or service failures of third-party providers
- Government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or force majeure events
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability, if applicable, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the booking in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content is protected under copyright and trademark law. Reuse or reproduction without permission is prohibited.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not:
- Misrepresent identity or booking authority
- Use bots or scraping tools on our website
- Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity
